Production Partners and Shipping

Most of our products are produced by manufacturers we work with based in Hong Kong. All our items are designed here in the US, with more being produced here in the US all the time. These are the production partners we work with:

-ArtsAdd, InterestPrint, and Yoycol:

   -use large scale sublimation-dye printers to print our graphics/designs and assemble our items for us. These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.

   -Artsadd: www.artsadd.com (Production Time: 2-14 business days)

   -InterestPrint: www.interestprint.com (Production Time: 2-14 business days)

   -Yoycol: www.yoycol.com (Production Time: 2-18 business days)

-ArtsCow: Unfortunately Artscow closed in 2025, but we still have some on-hand items that we had produced through this company. These items will be shipped directly to you from our headquarters in Upstate NY. This company was also based in Hong Kong, and used sublimation printing to produce clothing, accessories, etc

 

Shipping Times & Shipping Partners:

   -For Items Coming From Hong Kong: we choose shipping partners on an order-by-order basis, depending on the location the order is being shipped to. We determine this based on lowest price to help keep your prices lower. This changes often based on the market at the time. Partners we use are offered through our manufacturer, and include but not limited to: 4PX Express, Yanwen Express, China Post, YW Express, and DHL (for expedited orders). Most often these are the carriers that deliver to the destination country, and then the orders are transferred to local shipping carriers in your country (i.e. USPS, Canada Post, etc...)

   -For Items Coming From the USA: We most commonly use USPS as we are located rurally and using other carriers requires us to travel to drop off packages. We do however offer UPS or FedEx occasionally on customer request if we are able to fit in our schedule to get to one of these carriers to drop off.
