This deposit gets the ball rolling so we can determine what you will be ordering and then I can build a custom listing for you based upon what you want.***

This listing is your down-payment towards your custom pen order. What you get from purchasing this listing is:

-consultation with me on what you are looking for in your custom pen order (determining styles, design, level of customization, budget, pricing)

-my time researching and sourcing material options for your approval

-final quote for cost of your pen order and a timeline of when the order will be completed and ready to ship based on arrival times for materials and construction time. Prices calculated based on my costs, time putting together the order, and shipping cost. If you are outside the US please let me know what country you are in so I can accurately calculate the shipping price.

-a $20 off coupon towards the final purchase of your pen order -a downloadable "game plan" including the agreed upon details of your custom order. This may include an inspiration board, pictures of intended materials, custom print design for barrels and/or focal beads, etc.

Please note that final designs may look slightly different than you may imagine depending upon how the beads fit on the pens, but I will send you pictures of the completed pens before shipping them out to ensure they are to your liking.

This order is non-refundable after 24 hours of payment unless for some unforeseen reason I am unable to move forward with your order. If you do not end up moving forward with the pen order this deposit is still non-refundable as I will already have put my time into working on this for you, and possibly have already begun purchasing materials. However, as long as Nickangula exists here or on Etsy your $20 credit does not expire, so there is not a time limit in which you need to move forward with the pen order.

How does this work once we have the materials, quantities, design concepts figured out and are ready to have the pens made?:

-once we have determined exactly what you want for the pens I will create a custom order based on what you have requested. Pricing can vary greatly depending upon the cost of the exact materials we decide to use. Price per pen can be as low as $3 per pen, depending on the design, materials, and quantity you order. Bulk quantity discounts apply.

The minimum quantity for a custom order is 10 pens.

Elements of the pens that can be customized:

-pen barrel color

-custom print and/or text on pen barrel

-custom printed focal beads with picture and/or text of your choice (ex: Your names and wedding date!)

-focal beads (the main "fancy" bead featured on the pen)

-accent beads

-beadable bar height

-ink color: the standard color is black, but there are options for blue, red, teal, purple, or pink

You can also include add-ons to the order such as:

-pen gift bags -extra ink refills -custom stickers on pen gift bags
